Our 25,000 sq.ft manufacturing facility in Delhi is equipped with modern CNC machines, robotic welding stations, and dedicated testing bays — all operated by a team of 40+ certified engineers and technicians.
The facility operates under strict quality management systems aligned to ISO 9001:2015, with every manufacturing step documented and traceable.

Process
Fabrication
Our CNC-equipped fabrication shop handles precision metal sheet cutting, bending, and welding. Using 2mm cold-rolled steel and advanced TIG/MIG welding, we create robust enclosure frames that meet exact dimensional tolerances.
Powder Coating
Surface preparation begins with shot blasting and chemical pre-treatment, followed by electrostatic powder coating in a controlled spray booth. Panels are cured at 200°C for a corrosion-resistant, durable finish.
Assembly Line
Certified electricians install busbars, switchgear, relays, and wiring following IEC-compliant schematics. Each panel undergoes a step-by-step assembly checklist verified by senior engineers.
Quality Testing
Every panel undergoes comprehensive electrical testing including HV dielectric tests, insulation resistance measurement, functional testing, and current injection tests before leaving our facility.
Final Dispatch
Panels are carefully packaged in custom wooden crates with foam protection, clearly labelled, and dispatched via our logistics network with real-time shipment tracking for the client.
